Our agreement with you

When you play with us, for fun or for real money, you accept these terms. They are the whole agreement between you and our casino and replace any other promise or statement. If one clause turns out to be invalid, every other clause keeps its full effect.

Who can play

You must be 18 or older. Laws on online gambling differ from country to country, so you are responsible for making sure that joining us is legal where you live. Play is not permitted from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Canada, Israel, India, the Netherlands Antilles, Hungary, Pakistan or Poland.

Your details

The information you give us has to be accurate and complete, and you should tell us straight away when something changes. Any tax due on your winnings is your own responsibility. We may decline a registration or suspend an account at our discretion.

One account each

Each player, household, computer and IP address may hold one account only. We close duplicate accounts, and a player who opens more than one, even under different details, cannot withdraw from any of them. Keep your login details private, because losses that follow from shared or exposed details are your responsibility.

Deposits

The smallest deposit for every method is £25. Each deposit has to be wagered at least once before you can ask for a withdrawal, unless a promotion says otherwise. We may ask you to verify your identity before you deposit or before we pay out.

Withdrawals

We aim to approve a withdrawal within 48 hours in normal conditions. Processor availability or a closer review of an account can make this longer, while VIP and loyal players often wait less. As an example of our limits, a player may take out up to £3000 a week and £12000 a month, and your VIP level or your account manager can raise, lower or lift these limits. Processing fees on deposits and withdrawals are paid by the player.

Inactive accounts

When an account with money in it has had no activity for 360 days or more, the remaining balance passes to the casino.

Fair play

Systematic or advantage betting, software aids and any device that changes how you take part are not allowed. If your play suggests you are only clearing bonus money at minimum risk, or if you are involved in fraud, chargebacks or multiple accounts at another Rival casino, we may close your account or ban it across the Rival network.

Our content

All games, graphics and text on our casino belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own play only.
